  • I am so drastically different from the person I was before I met Jason. I was always the type to want to be the smallest, thinnest version of myself, constantly in a cut, not really paying attention to how I felt, hormones that were a hot mess. He is an outstanding trainer, amazing support system, and super understanding of the fact that sometimes life happens.   • I met Jason the day I planned to quit the gym, and instead I ended up signing up to work one on one with him as my nutritionist.   • Jason was the best trainer I've ever worked with. His knowledge far surpassed any of the physical therapist I've ever had. His ability to walk me through exercises and show me how to avoid placing unnecessary strain on my back was incredible. I learned many of the exercises I would previously complete do not incorporate the back at all and his expertise helped me gain strength while avoiding further injury.   • Do you seek a personal trainer or a transformational trainer? If the later, I am happy to recommend Jason for your journey! In a little over a year, Covid interruption notwithstanding, Jason crafted both a workout plan and nutrition plan that was geared for sport specific performance (tennis and golf) which resulted in 24 lbs lost, 9 lbs muscle gain, 10% decrease in body fat, a PR in hack squat (850 lbs), 15 yard gain in club distance, 2 tennis championships and 1352 gold stars.   • My husband and I joined Lifetime about a year ago. We started working with Jason after COVID-19 became a problem for our other Trainer, who is also an excellent coach at LifeTime. Jason had been working with my husband with his metabolic workouts and nutrition, and my husband really liked him. Jason challenges us and is always finding ways to work around our physical limitations (we both have degenerative backs and I have had both my knees and hips replaced.) He has slowly strengthened our very weak backs and our core so as to protect against injury while we are strengthening the rest of our bodies.   • I was given Jason’s contact info several months before I actually worked up the nerve to reach out and schedule a session with him. The mutual friend who gave me his info told me that he would be a good trainer because he’s hot and you could probably listen to someone who is decent to look at. And while that may be true, Jason is a phenomenal trainer. He truly cares about his clients, their results, the sustainability of their results and how their lifestyle affects that. In my first month working with Jason, I was able to drop 8 percent body fat and bring my VO2 max up 4 points. I’ve really pushed back on some things that he has recommended, but he’s always stood his ground and it’s paid off every.single.time.
